The Mentorship Committee responsibilities include seeking innovative ways to attract mentors, mentees and corporation to the Mentorship Program; host monthly meetings; overseeing the mentorship application and interview process; managing the dissemination and collection of quarterly program reviews from participants; evaluating current processes; implementing new procedures; ensuring the confidentiality of program applicants; seeking personal and professional development opportunities for participants; developing relationships with and among program participants and building relationships with local organizations with potential interest in mentorship and/or corporate sponsorship.
